Refund And Cancellation
We understand that sometimes products need to be returned. If you have purchased the paid version of the RAM Antivirus and it is not working for you, you can request a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase and we will process the refund within 7 working days. It doesn’t matter if your item has developed a fault, is damaged or is no longer required, we can help you out.
Returning your product online:
If you have purchased your product online, you can arrange a refund, exchange or repair over the phone or by logging into your account.
Damaged products :
We want you to be completely satisfied with your product and would recommend that, where practicable, you unpack and check it for damage as soon as it has reached. If you receive a damaged product please call our contact centre as soon as the damage is discovered on 0257-2252218. We will arrange an exchange or refund of your purchased product as soon as possible.
We’re always here for you if an online purchase develops a fault. However, before you return a product, please check that there is a fault definitely.
Refund And Cancellation – Returning over the phone
If you cannot make it to get online, purchases can be returned over the phone. Please call 0257-2252218 to speak to our customer services team to discuss a refund or exchange. Please have your order number in hand to speed up the process.
If you choose to cancel an order that you have not yet received, please call 0257-2252218 to inform one of our colleagues whether you would like a refund or exchange. To speed up the process, please have your order number of your product in your hand before calling.
Once we have received your request, we will contact you to process your cancellation.
